Steve did an amazing job with our crawl space. Humidity levels were high and condensation was collecting on our HVAC system. Full encapsulation of the crawl space corrected the problem. Humidity and temperature levels now stay in a constant range. Steve followed up on the project multiple times to make sure the solution was long term. Steve is wonderful to work with. Very thorough and great price. We didn’t think we could afford foam insulation, but he wrapped and insulated my crawlspace at a price that was not much more than if I had installed my own fiberglass insulation. Our bedroom over the garage was freezing cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Steve and his crew removed a portion of the drywall along the garage ceiling and spray foamed the entire garage ceiling. This completely fixed our problem. They also insulated the floor of a bay window in the dining room that made a big difference as well. I can’t say enough good things about Steve and Thermal Guard Insulation.
Nothing but good things to say about this company! We were having electric bills of $300 for a 1,000sqft house with a brand new HVAC system. Couldn’t figure out the issue until Steve came out and pointed out that we had good insulation in our attic, but absolutely none in our crawl space! We had him spray the whole crawl space and our bills have been cut in half! So thankful for their work and wish we would have done it sooner!
